Your best solution to date?
I enjoyed contributing to the development of Brisbane, as office leader for five years. I also led the establishment of one of the best geotechnical and tunnelling teams in the Australasian region.

It is rewarding bringing our global capabilities to the local market and providing an exciting and integrated team environment for our staff to grow and develop their talents.
Your particular skill?
My background is geotechnical engineering and I have experience solving a wide range of problems relating to natural soil, rock and groundwater conditions. Drawing on a breadth of Arup skills, I am also experienced in dealing with unexpected events and overcoming significant construction challenges.

I enjoy bringing together teams with diverse skills and experience to tackle new and interesting projects.
