Richard Vincent is the Digital Leader for Property, Science and Industry Portfolio across the Australasia Region and also leads the Sustainable Buildings team in Queensland.

He has considerable experience leading multidisciplinary Building Services and Sustainability teams in the UK and Australia, on a wide range of award-winning projects including commercial, retail, residential, transport and education buildings. 

Richard specialises in conceptualising and delivering pioneering engineering for the built environment. He thrives on designing innovative engineering for people and the environment which push the boundaries of advanced technical and sustainable design. 

He is well-known for his leadership in sustainable thinking and digital collaboration. He leads high-profile commercial projects in the region, managing multidisciplinary engineering teams across offices in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney. 

Richard has overseen many projects for large asset portfolio clients bringing a special focus on data-driven content and visualisation as they transition to net zero emissions.

In his capacity as Australasia Property, Science and Industry Digital Leader, Richard collaborates with Arup’s experts in smart buildings technologies, fostering the exchange of cutting-edge industry insights and expertise. This optimises value for clients seeking to enhance the energy and operational efficiency of their real estate portfolios.
