How we're governed
We recognise the value of transparency around organisational governance, how businesses are led and managed, and how stakeholder considerations are reflected in decision making, and our governance reflects that.
Modern slavery is the recruitment, movement, harbouring or receiving of children, women or men through the use of force, coercion, abuse of vulnerability, deception or other means for the purpose of exploitation.
This is the modern slavery and human trafficking statement of Arup Group Limited and its subsidiaries (‘Arup’) for the financial year ending 31 March 2024 and will remain current until end of September 2025, by which time a new Modern Slavery Statement will have been developed and communicated.
