Our marketing platform observes and records interactions with our email communications, as well as attendance of Arup events or webinars. This behavioural information is recorded in an individual’s activity log which is retained in line with international privacy regulations.

The information we capture is used to better understand your interests and help improve the quality and relevance of our marketing and communications. We also use cookies which record information to improve your experience, for example by prefilling details on a form to prevent you from having to re-enter information multiple times.
