How we're governed
We recognise the value of transparency around organisational governance, how businesses are led and managed, and how stakeholder considerations are reflected in decision making, and our Governance reflect that.
At Arup we aspire to shape a better world. Our people are both the reason Arup exists and the means by which we achieve our goals. We believe in creating an inclusive workplace where there is equality of opportunity for all.
Our UK 2024 Pay Gap Report shares our statutory gender pay gap and bonus gap figures, alongside our voluntary ethnicity pay gap data.
In 2024, we have also made significant strides in gender equity. Globally, women hold 80% of our Regional Chair roles and 29% of our top three senior grades. In the UK, women now represent 40.6% of our workforce.
However, we recognise there is more to do to achieve our Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion ambitions, and we will continue working towards a workforce that reflects the communities we serve.
