Arup has been established in Mauritius since 1975 offering multidisciplinary design and advisory services to clients in Mauritius, the Indian Ocean and throughout Africa. Our strengths in masterplanning, sustainable buildings and infrastructure planning and design are complimented by our focus on balancing development objectives with the safeguarding of the natural environment.
We have played a key role in delivering some of the most successful landmark property projects in Mauritius and we have extensive experience in the delivery of new and refurbished hotels, working with clients to develop resorts for tourism and local employment while mitigating the impact on the island’s ecosystems.
