Alvin Lam

With over 20 years of experience, Alvin specialises in technically demanding geotechnical designs and managing large-scale geotechnical projects across Hong Kong and East Asia. He leads a design team primarily focused on building and infrastructure projects in the region.

Alvin has played a pivotal role in various aspects of geotechnical projects, including ground investigation (GI) planning, engineering studies, pile studies, foundation design, pile test interpretation, site formation design, deep excavation and lateral support (ELS) design, reclamation, and site supervision.
