Angeliki leads the firm's Stakeholder Engagement and Communications service across the UKIMEA North region.

Based in Manchester, she specialises in developing and implementing engagement strategies that build advocacy, enhance reputation, manage risk and deliver better outcomes across energy, rail, water highways, cities, government and sustainability sectors.

Her expertise spans engagement and public consultation management for complex infrastructure projects, people-centred placemaking initiatives, and change management programmes. Through evidence-based practices and proactive early engagement, she helps clients build positive, lasting relationships with stakeholders while delivering measurable results. Her approach combines strategic communication expertise with understanding of human-centred psychological principles, ensuring complex messages are effectively communicated to drive positive change.

Prior to joining Arup, Angeliki served as Executive Member for Environment, Planning and Transport at Manchester City Council, where she led the city's campaign to become zero carbon by 2038. Her work in environmental sustainability was recognized with the LGiU & CCLA Environment Sustainability Pioneer Award in December 2021.
