Dan is an experienced operations consultant with significant global practical knowledge across operations, project delivery, change management and wide-ranging stakeholder engagement.
With over a decade’s experience specialising in the logistics and transport environment, he has successfully managed and delivered on numerous complex projects. He has managed the project teams on the Construction Logistics Plans guidance and training, Crossrail technical assurance training and the road safety benefits of direct driver vision. Dan is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport.
