Dan Moran

He has extensive experience in leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams in the successful delivery of projects on live campuses. Dan has very strong planning, organisation and team building skills which he employs on each project to deliver success. Dan uses his interpersonal and communication skills to foster a strong team ethos for the development of the team and project delivery. He is a role model for living the Arup values in his dealing with people, attention to technical excellence and focus on client satisfaction.

As project director, Dan is responsible for the delivery of the civil and structural engineering roles, including the design, coordination and supervision of all aspects of the project. Dan has developed a strong team with in-depth experience of healthcare projects, in particular on complex live Campuses. He strongly believes in a collaborative approach, linking our global healthcare knowledge and experience to positively influence project delivery in Ireland. Dan has a keen interest in multi-disciplinary projects and efficient design to provide the right solution for each project..
