Eva Hinkers

Eva Hinkers is the chair of our Europe region and became a member of the Arup Group Board in 2021.
Eva leads our sustainable development efforts. A structural engineer and project director with experience of leading highly complex projects across Germany and elsewhere in Europe, Eva joined Arup in 1994. She was Germany group leader from 2013 until taking up the region chair role in 2019, the same year she was named one of the Top 100 Most Influential Women in Engineering by the Financial Times.
