Jemima works on securing investment in and the construction and integration of our emerging decarbonised energy system.

This includes emerging infrastructure development, supply and demand flows, integration of value chains, policy and regulation and securing associated economic opportunities for communities and regions. Jemima has worked as a commercial lead in Shell's LNG business, supported the development of CfDs in 2013 and was part of 'round 2' of Carbon Capture and Storage in the UK's Coalition government.

Jemima has spent a decade advising infrastructure owners and developers including National Grid Plc , Cadent, HS2, UKPN, Southern Water and National Grid Ventures. She recently managed Shell UK's portfolio of Energy Transition investments including CCS, onshore wind and potential H2 production projects.

Her current focus is on the delivery of 'full chain' Carbon Capture and Storage solutions for emitters as Global Lead, CCUS for Arup, including developing safe and investable proposals for CCUS-enabled H2 production and industrial CO2 capture, and the development of a supply chain of sustainable materials including CCS-enabled concrete.
