Jin Fan

Jin joined Arup’s New York office after completing the study of her Masters degree in Construction Management at MIT, and has worked across various areas within the firm over the career progression, including design management, structural design, project controls / commercial management, etc. In the recent years, Jin has been particularly focusing on the delivery of the large-scale airport projects, which forms a good bearing for her new endeavor to grow Arup’s aviation business in East Asia.

Jin has broad experiences in driving large, multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects from inception to completion. With over 20 years of being in the forefront of project delivery from airports to mass transportation, Jin develops and maintains acumen in commercial matters, passion in customer / client relationship, and empathy in people issues.  

As a native Chinese speaker, Jin always looks forward to the opportunities of expanding Arup’s business in China market.
