Julian is client-focused, people-centred and motivated to create change. He is passionate about leading our teams and helping our collaborators deliver excellent, people-focused design. Julian has over 20 years’ extensive cross-industry experience in the health, education, arts and culture, and research sectors throughout Australia, Europe and the Middle East.
A natural leader, with a thoughtful approach founded on environmentally and socially responsible values, Julian connects, leads and develops multi-skilled teams to deliver work with meaningful outcomes. Building on his well-established network across the health and education sectors, Julian is well positioned and motivated to lead and grow Arup’s health business and deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients and communities.
A Chartered Professional Engineer, Julian holds a Master in Engineering Science and is a member of Engineers Australia.
