Kathy Harper

Based in Philadelphia, USA, Kathy was previously CFO at several companies including BDP International, Tronox, and Rio Tinto Diamonds and Mineral Group. She has held several iNED positions and is currently an iNED at Sasol where she is a Member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees; an iNED of Modine Manufacturing and Chair of the Audit Committee, member of the Human Capital Committee; she is also Independent Chair of Venator and Chair of its Audit Committee.  

In both Kathy’s Executive and Non-Executive capacities, she has dealt with risks relating to cyber security and AI developments, and she has a Certificate in Cyber Risk Oversight.
