Richard leads the business development function for City Planning and Design, Advisory and Technical Services across our UK, India, Middle East and Africa.

Richard has spent over 30 years working in the international development sector, particularly in Eastern Europe, the Former Soviet Union and the Western Balkans for clients including the UK Government, European Commission and World Bank programmes.
