Tali Mejicovsky is a façade engineer who leads the Americas Building Envelope Skills Network and the Americas East Façades teams. She is based out of the New York office.
Tali’s technical focus includes materials science, façade system design, structural and thermal analyses, specifications, waterproofing and detailing with interests in façade design for disassembly and circularity. Her projects range in scale and complexity from museums, airports, institutional and commercial buildings, to specialized free-standing structures such as canopies and sculptures.
Since joining Arup as a graduate, Tali has spent periods working in America, Australia, Israel, Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia. Key projects include Ben Gurion Airport, 2 Park Street, Sydney, Princeton Chemistry Building, Solar Carve (40 Tenth Avenue) in New York, California Academy of Sciences, The Frick Collection and Harvard Art Museum. She is passionate about sharing knowledge and has presented, taught and published frequently on the discipline of façade engineering.
