TC is the Managing Director for our Asia Pacific (APAC) region – one of the fastest-growing regions in the world. 

Arup has a well-established market presence in APAC of over 6 decades. Alongside our highly experienced APAC Leadership Team, TC leads our 6,400+ strong workforce across 28 offices in East Asia, Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand, creating value for our clients and collaborating to shape the future of the region.

Committed to creating sustainable outcomes, he leverages our deep local knowledge and technical skills to meet the region’s demand for resilient infrastructure, enhanced mobility, greener energy and vibrant, inclusive cities. TC helps our clients capitalise on transformative opportunities across the region, keeping pace with the rapid growth of digital and data services, green energy technologies and urbanisation. 

Previously, TC was Arup’s Global Rail Leader responsible for the design and delivery of major multidisciplinary projects around the world. Prior to joining Arup in 2018, he held a range of senior executive positions in the APAC region. 

TC is an Arup Fellow, a chartered engineer and Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering and professional institutions in the United Kingdom, the Hong Kong Academy of Engineering Sciences and the Hong Kong Institute of Directors.
