Arup is proud to announce that the firm has received a score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index (CEI) for the third year in a row.

The CEI is an annual assessment of workplace equity for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) people, as the nation’s foremost benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equity.

This year, Arup joins the 545 major US businesses that also earned top marks and is one of nine top-scoring firms in the engineering and construction industry. Top-rated employers took concrete steps to establish and implement comprehensive policies, benefits, and practices that ensure greater equity for LGBTQ+ workers and their families and we are proud to be in their ranks.

Arup is an organization that aims to recruit, retain, and foster a truly diverse workforce that is reflective of the communities we serve and the kind of place where people are proud to work. We will continue to progress on our commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
