Arup is proud to announce that the firm has received a score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index (CEI) for the fourth year in a row.

Eric Euting, Americas Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Director at Arup, said, “At Arup, we strive to recruit, retain, and foster a truly diverse workforce that is reflective of the communities we serve and the kind of place where people are proud to work. Each year, CEI’s standards raise the bar for reaching a 100 score with their criteria to continually increase company standards and we have met that challenge. We will continue to progress on our commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.”

The CEI is the nation’s foremost benchmarking survey that annual assesses workplace equity measuring corporate policies and practices that support lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) people. This year, Arup joins the 765 major US businesses that also earned top marks and is one of nine top-scoring firms in the engineering and construction industry. Top-rated employers took concrete steps to establish and implement comprehensive policies, benefits, and practices that ensure greater equity for LGBTQ+ workers and their families, and we are proud to be in their ranks.
