Arup has been named one of Canada's Top Employers for Young People 2025 by Canada's Top 100 Employers project organized by Mediacorp Canada Inc. Arup receives the recognition by the Canada's Top 100 Employers project for the eighth year in a row.  

The annual Canada's Top Employers for Young People competition recognizes forward-thinking employers that offer the nation's best workplaces and programs for young people starting their careers.

Winners are chosen by the editorial team at the Canada's Top 100 Employers project based on the programs and initiatives they offer to attract and retain younger workers. The editors also examine each employer's mentorship and training programs, including benefits and their career management programs. 

This year, Arup was recognized for the following: 

  • Structured internship program with diverse opportunities for learning 
  • Robust six-month experience program for early-career professionals
  • A course designed to support members in strengthening their capacity for influence and engagement
