The benefits of a digital vision for facility management range from user experience to environmental impact, while also optimising building operating costs. As a result, systems operate more efficiently, contractors can work more effectively, and facilities managers are able to focus on adding long term value.

While the vision is enabled by technology, the report details how improving the way people interact with buildings is a means of improving performance across the board.
