We have helped thousands of clients from initial appraisal of brownfield constraints through to delivery of remediation and development, on projects of all scales including transactions due diligence and major infrastructure schemes.
Our capabilities include ground investigation, risk assessment, modelling and remediation design as well as securing regulatory approvals and permits, sustainable materials and waste management, and PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances). We also carry out remediation of land affected by the legacy of industrialisation, such as brownfield contamination or hazards from abandoned mining.
We work with clients, often as part of an integrated multidisciplinary team, to reduce uncertainty associated with contamination, manage ground-related risks and achieve the best project outcomes.
