‘Engineered architecture’ is our collaborative approach to the rapid design and delivery of the complex, highly technical buildings that modern industry needs. Data centre clients are working in one of the most rapidly developing industries, and our design approach has been developed to enable them to design, develop and scale facilities and supporting assets that will meet the needs of their clients.
Using our in-house team of architects, engineers and specialists, we provide integrated solutions to our clients, with key involvement through all design and construction stages, from project inception and masterplanning through to handover. We can work with delivery methods from traditional design-bid-build to contractor-assist and progressive design-build, and Arup remains involved with the project during subsequent fit-out phases for continuity of knowledge.
